Dr. Giesy was born and raised in Tacoma, WA and graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School. He loves his hometown and is passionate about his community.

College Years

Staying true to his Washington roots, Dr. Giesy went on to further his education at Washington State University, where he graduated before moving on to dental school.

Dental School

Dr. Giesy went on to become a Doctor of Dental Medicine after attending the Oregon Health Sciences University School of Dentistry.

Expanding Education

When it comes to the dental field, education never stops. Dr. Giesy is the perfect example of this. While successfully maintaining his thriving practice, he continues to expand his expertise to include a variety of advanced services. Additionally, he has lectured nationwide to other general dentists on all aspects of implant dentistry and bone regenerative techniques.

Dr. Michael J. Giesy, Tacoma dentist, was born and raised in Tacoma, WA and graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School and Washington State University.
He then became a Doctor of Dental Medicine after attending the Oregon Health Sciences University School of Dentistry and has since loved every second of dentistry.
Dr. Giesy is a member of the American Dental Association, Pierce County Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, and the Academy of Osseointegration. Additionally, Dr. Giesy received his Fellowship from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
